Soons Orchards

FAMILY OWNED & FARMED SINCE 1910

Since 1910, the Soons family has farmed the land in Orange County, New York. The orchards are farmed sustainably and have around 75 varieties of apples that are planted on 29 acres. The mix includes 60 varieties for eating and 15 varieties that are grown exclusively for cider. In addition to several rolling orchards, we have a mixed use farm with plantings of corn, peaches, tomatoes, squash, pumpkin, peppers and other crops that supplement the apple harvest. Come visit! We have a farmer’s market where fresh produce is sold and farm dinners are hosted.
