At Orchard Hill Cider Mill we specialize in curating intimate gatherings and memorable celebrations. We have a wide range of farm to table style food menus and cider focused cocktails. Our event planner and management team are with you every step of the way. We look forward to celebrating your special event with you! 

We host: intimate gatherings and dinners, micro-weddings, rehearsal dinners and welcome events, brunches, private tours and tastings, bridal and baby showers, community events, and more. 

Events FAQ

What is your rental fee and do you have a minimum?

We charge $1350 as a rental fee that covers a 6 hour rental, property maintenance, parking, event coordination, event supplies, and more. 

Prices for food and beverage packages vary based on selections. Food and beverage packages include staffing, bathrooms for under 150 guests, tent for rain coverage, tables, chairs, linens, napkins, silverware, event coordination, a customizable food menu, a customizable selection of our cocktails with NYS liquors, and multiple bars that distribute draft cider to your guests.

You cannot bring in outside food or beverage.

For events that have over 25 guests, there is a $3500 minimum and the facility will close for the private event. You can make a reservation of 25 guests and under while we are open to the public Friday-Sunday.

Minimum is waived for events held during the week and/or in the months of December-March.

What areas do we have access to when we book an event?

You have access to our empire room, tap room, outdoor patio, and the side of our facility outside. We have the ability to house 150 + people but not all in one place. Guest counts over 150 people must rent restroom trailers. 

Our empire room holds 40-60 people comfortably with doors opening to our patio that holds about 20-30 people comfortably. 

We put a tent on the side of our building for excess seating and we are able to have a bar outside. 

Can we bring music?

Music is played in house through our music system within the restaurant. We have electrical outlets and hook ups for bands to come in and play. We do not have speakers for outside music set up and the bands are responsible for bringing extension cords and speakers.
